To manipulate my brain I’ve found a lot of strategies in my life. I had to do it because, more often than not, my brain thought too much to what I could do with no resource limit. This type of behavior doesn’t help my concentration, especially when I have to study something that I don’t want.
But I wanted this psychological degree so badly that I forced my brain to study using my creativity to put several carrots in front of my face so I could keep playing this game to the end.
And that’s my last exam, the last exam between me and my graduation.
For the past couple of days I enjoyed writing about movies that influenced my love of psychology during my teenage years. However, I needed one hour this morning before starting doing my daily English practice. This happens when, although my creativity has found something that encourages my curiosity ignite my brain, something becomes boring to me.
The point is, sometimes I don’t remember relying on my creativity. This because my sense of duty (not really mine, rather what my father taught me despite he never studied one page) tries to help me like as if the sense of duty were the way to be right.
Luckily, I found some escapes routes from this mental knots, and those are stimulated by creativity and curiosity.
For many years, I have been a spectator of my life. After a while, I really want to change it, but I didn’t know that I didn’t know how to change it. In fact, naively, I put myself in danger, economically and mentally. But, those issues put me in a one way life, and this one way life said: arise or die. So, I begin doing something for myself from a little thing, to find a job, and from that I begin to be a little man. Not only, but I started training to be the man I want to. Now I’m very close to play, and you know why? It scares me, I didn’t expect it.
